A sedentary person is one who spends a lot of time inactive, that is, without doing physical exercises. As much as she does some activities during the day, such as getting around and working, she does not dedicate a period to practice any sport or training in general. Jenna is a sedentary person. Although she does health improvement activities she does it for a very short period of time that is not enough to not be called sedentary.
Anyway, a sedentary lifestyle is nothing more than a lifestyle with little or no movement.
