People get Chicken pox just by contact. It is a contagious disease in other words, an air borne disease.

The most common way to get the chicken pox is by contact with other people but you can also get it by mosquitos because they suck blood from so many people it can get transferred into you if the mosquito decides that it wants a nibble of you too!
