NTSS aims to promote tourism and grow the economy in the following ways:

• To provide excellent infrastructure facilitates to attract tourists

• Marketing effectively,by aiming domestic and international tourists to run private resorts. This will also as a result, increase the employment opportunities and will help to grow the tourism sector's contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP)  

• Ensuring sustainability in the process and protecting the environment  

• Improving the air transport industry, to facilitate the ease to access places
