Point Mutation !! It is a mutation affecting only one or very few nucleotides in a gene sequence.
The reason the flower is pink, is mainly because when you mix a light color ( in this case a a white flower) in with a red, it creates a pink color. In others words, when you mix white and red, it creates pink. Hope this helped!
