History

Roman theater began before Roman culture began to emulate the Greeks. Little, though, is known of theater produced by Etruscans and other ancient cultures. The Roman plays that live on in written form were produced in Greek-style amphitheaters, and many of the plays were essentially rewritten versions of Greek stories. In ancient Greece, however, plays were unlikely to contain graphic violence or sexuality; the opposite was true in Rome.

Explain how Rone grew as an empire
hodyreva [135]
Rome grew as an empire by fighting and trading. In the beginning, Rome fought small battles with neighbouring tribes who they had arguments with. These victories cause Rome to become confident in their army and began using that as an advantage to take over land rather than Defending themselves. Rome was very wealthy after winning so many battles that people that had problems with small tribes would make an alliance with with them.

How did American western expansion further fuel racism and cultural collision?
olchik [2.2K]

Answer:

This expansion led to debates about the fate of slavery in the West, increasing tensions between the North and South that ultimately led to the collapse of American democracy and a brutal civil war. This revolutionized America's economy. This idea that it was their destiny to expand caused Americans to disregard the territorial rights of Native Americans, wiping out many tribes and causing a cultural divide, tension and wars. The negative effect that this had on Native Americans were lasting effects.
