My pick would be option D, After finishing the task, receive a certificate.

According to research on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, you would be most likely to say you enjoyed a task if you were told you would receive a certificate after finishing the task.

Explanation:

There are two main types of motivation. One is Intrinsic and the other is Extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation is something when doing a task gives you a personal reward, whereas extrinsic motivation involves doing a task because you want to get a reward or avoid punishment.

The best example of intrinsic reward is doing whatever satisfies you, like your hobbies, e.g, reading, writing, gardening, driving, etc. Example of extrinsic reward is doing job to earn money.

According to such researches, if i would ask to do a task, then to complete that task, my motivation would be to get a certificate, because for me, intrinsic rewards are more important than extrinsic rewards. My internal satisfaction, my mental calmness, and my sense of achievement is everything. So I would be given a certificate for achieving the goal or completing the task, i would most likely be enjoying the task.

Further Explanation

Intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

Motivation will encourage yourself to realize the desires, this is what is meant by motivation. Self-motivation comes from you, not because someone else is telling you to do something.

Intrinsic motivation is motivation arising from oneself, no need for external stimulation. From within there is already an impulse that causes them to do something. Intrinsic motivation is also driven by the purpose of the activities undertaken. Intrinsic motivation can be said as a form of motivation that starts from the urge from within to get according to what is important from an activity.

Different from intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation is motivation that comes from outside or from other people. Motivation does look easy but someone will rise up with motivation from others who are smarter or older than them. This external motivation will motivate someone to achieve their desire even if they are not so enthusiastic about what they are doing. Motivation from outside more results to change someone.

Motivation becomes an encouragement in life, in words, it will give a very big boost. Motivation with words will provide a very strong impetus for someone to realize what they want. They will begin to rise from adversity, sadness, and despair faced at that time.

What is one way the Ottoman Empire made money?
Lyrx [107]
The first large silver coins were minted in 1690 after the Polish coin isolette or zolota which was imported in large quantities by Dutch merchants during the seventeenth century. These coins were about one third smaller than the Dutch thalers.[1] Their weight was fixed in standard dirhams (3,20 grams) and they contained 60 percent silver and 40 percent copper. The largest of these weighed 6 dirhams, or approximately 19.2 grams. Later, in 1703, an even larger coin weighing approximately 8 dirhams, or 25-26 grams and its fractions were also minted. It appears that the first large coin of 1690 was intended as a zolota or cedid (new) zolota to distinguish it from the popular Polish coin and not as a gurush or piaster.[2] Only after larger silver coins began to be minted in the early decades of the eighteenth century, was the new monetary scale clearly established. The new Ottoman gurush was then fixed at 120 akches or 40 paras. The early gurushes weighed six and a quarter dirhams (20.0 grams) and contained close to 60 percent silver. The zolotas were valued at three fourths of the gurush or at 90 akches. The fractions of both the gurush and zolota were then minted accordingly.[3] Due to wars and continuing political turmoil, however, many coins were minted with sub-standard silver content until the monetary reform of 1715-16. The appearance of sub-standard coinage attracted large numbers of counterfeiters until the 1720s.
