The reason for Ohio population grew that time was because the state disallowed slavery, it was also open to trade. It became an industrial state and also became an area for Native Americans to live. The place was an active area for living and family raising.
Because the government can not just give people who don't work free money from people who work their butt off and receive little to barely any money, it is unfair.
