Susan is the employee, She is speaking on the phone in her office, but Who dares ask her to finish her conversation?, someone above her in the hierarchy line: a manager. Only a manager, her boss, will dare open her office door, make faces and ask her to finish her telephone conversation.
Family secrets shouldn't be told outside of the family because whoever told ypu that secret trusted you alot to keep the secret and just as you gained there trust you can lose it.
