Since she says that she does not like broccoli, it is best to chose something else that is in the same category of broccoli but a different one. A green beans could be a substitute of broccoli since she does not like broccoli for green beans are in the same category of the broccoli for it is healthy and it is classified to be a vegetable and is fitted of a healthy food choice that the client should consume.
