Answer:

True

Explanation:

Plyometrics which is also called jump training is a good aerobic exercise that can help a person to maintain cardiovascular fitness and increase strength, endurance, and speed.

As in plyometrics both heart rate and intake of oxygen becomes high or more to provide more oxygen or energy to the working muscles, therefore, these activities regulate both cardiovascular and respiratory system so it is useful to maintain cardiorespiratory fitness.

Some of the plyometric activities are rope jumping, skipping, hooping, clap push-ups, etc. Therefore the statement is true.

What is an example of resiliency?
Georgia [21]

Answer:

Resiliency means the ability/capacity to recover quickly from challenges/difficulties. In another definition it also means toughness. And from the above choices "Processing feelings of anger and guilt about a situation" can help a person get back on his/her feet more quickly also not running away from/denying the situation does not go along with toughness. Hope it helps.

WHY DOES EXCESS FAT GO ON YOURE SIDES???

(please answer this is a quiz)
tangare [24]
It is fairly complicated, but it all comes down to the testosterone in males and estrogen in females as they are the biggest reason of the fat storage in your sides. Female bodies keep the excess fat in their thighs and butts, and on the other hand, male bodies tend to push fat into the stomach.
