Business

Depends on what kind of organization, and what field the occupation is in, but here are a few.

Remember your question asks what is NOT a goal of most employees.

Retail - Pleasing the customers.

In most places like Krispy Kreme, McDonalds, Wendy's, the employee's minds are someplace other than the customers, all they care about is doing their job right and now screwing up, they don't want to have to call their manager out of his/her office, no matter what. This may give a false sense of satisfaction, when in reality it is just the employee trying to stick to the books.

Medical - Being on time. I understand sometimes they might be on a time crunch, but they would much rather stitch your arm up nice and neat than to do a horrible job just to get onto the next person.
