Russ reported indirectly to the CEO Marvelous Marvin, and called together the usual group of senior executives , board members and key physician leader sand developed the SWOT and became aware of some patient-eccentric trends which are emerging across the country. and also strategically catered more to physicians because Russ thought that physicians were the one who ultimately referred patients to the hospital ,but finally C Graveyard met with OR director and charged him with increasing the efficiency of ORs and then he increase surgeon recruitment .
