Exercising regularly can help you in many things like flexibility speed body strength tolerance to running or exercising a certain amount of time

EXAMPLE:if you join gymnastics doing flips and tossing and turning flipping and running all day can increase flexibility because to do certain stunts your body needs to have a certain level of flexibility like doing back bends if you do not have the stage of flexibility that it requires you will not be capable of doing it

Answer:

Exercise is important to improve the overall health of a person. The major components of physical fitness are flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular, and body composition.

From the beginning of exercise training it affects these health-related components of physical fitness in a positive manner. A regular exercise or physical work improves several of these factors and it was seen that muscular and cardiovascular endurance is very much influenced by doing regular exercise.

How much influence it has on body composition, flexibility, and muscular strength is a topic of study but exercise has a positive effect on health-related components of fitness.  A component related exercise can be performed to improve a particular fitness component for example weight exercise for muscular strength.

hammer [34]

Answer:

threatening the person looks like a good option I don't really understand ''Giving in to run the motions'' and ''Giving the person away out.''

Explanation:

Sometimes you got to do what you have to do if it feels like the person is bullying you/ giving harmful words or doing harmful words to you it's best if you threatened the person. If you don't then the things will happen. Revenge is the second option, I would take it lightly on him/her/them. Just show the person a lesson that's not tough, okay?

1st option

Threaten the person

if that doesn't work then

2nd option

Seek revenge

Have a nice day or night!~

When moving a patient you should focus on the strength in your _______ to move the weight?
Alinara [238K]

Legs

Since they may extend across a large area, the bulk of the muscles in the leg are regarded as long muscles. These muscles move skeletal bones when they contract and relax to move the body. Larger muscles are assisted by smaller muscles, which also aid to rotate joints and enable other precise actions.

Transferring a patient from one flat surface to another, such as from a bed to a stretcher, is referred to as a transfer. Bed to stretcher, wheelchair to chair, wheelchair to toilet, and vice versa are examples of hospital transfers.

Patients that need this kind of transfer are typically bedridden or seriously sick, making it possible that they cannot help in the transfer.
