The three fifths compromise was an agreement on how to count slaves for the purposes of taxation and Congressional representation. A slave would count as 3/5 of a person.

Benefits- The people have choice in who runs the country and which laws to place, and No rash decisions can be made without confirmation from multiple parties
Challenges- the first voting of the new leader, and setting up representatives for the new government

1st, Say something along the lines of "The (Civilization on one side) is (Their characteristics) and are (Ruthless, Peaceful, etc. Describe their demeanor), but what makes them so different from the others? The (Other Civilization) is involved in (Something similar to the first), which (Civilization 1 ) takes part in as well. But what are their differences?"
