Store B has the lowest price.

Store A
2lb = $8.44
1lb = $4.22
0.5lb = $2.11
(1lb + 0.5lb) 4.22 + 2.11 = 6.33

1.5lb = $6.33

Store B
1.5lb = $5.85

. The temperature on Monday was −5∘C . By Tuesday the temperature rose to −2∘C. Find the change in temperature.
Alekssandra [29.7K]

Answer: 3^{\circ}C

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

The temperature on Monday was -5^{\circ}C

By Tuesday, it becomes -2^{\circ}C

Change in temperature is the difference between the two temperatures.

\Rightarrow \Delta T=-2-(-5)\\\Rightarrow \Delta T=-2+5\\\Rightarrow \Delta T=3^{\circ}C

Therefore, the change in temperature is 3^{\circ}C.

A. The population would be 120

You would find 20 percent of 100
To do that, you do 100× 0.2 and add that to 100

B. The population doubles

10×2= 20
20×2= 40, not 30

hope this helps!
