<h3>Answer 1:</h3><h2>Fruits and Vegetables</h2>

Various fruits, vegetables, and dairy products are excellent sources of vitamin A. Some ready-to-eat breakfast cereals are enriched with vitamin A. Best food sources of vitamin C are citrus fruits such as orange, kiwi, lemon, guava, grapefruit, and vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts and capsicums are rich, natural sources of vitamin C.

<h3>Answer 2:</h3><h2>Vitamin C</h2>

Vitamin C is an essential micronutrient for humans, with pleiotropic roles linked to its capacity to donate electrons. It is a potent antioxidant and a cofactor for a family of biosynthetic and gene regulatory enzymes. Vitamin C provides to immune defense by holding various cellular functions of both the innate and adaptive immune system.

<h3>Answer 3:</h3><h2>Carotene</h2>

The human body changes beta-carotene into vitamin A (retinol) - beta-carotene is a precursor of vitamin A. We need vitamin A for healthy skin and mucous membranes, our immune system, and good eye health and vision. Beta-carotene in itself is not a necessary nutrient, but vitamin A is.

<h3>Answer 4:</h3><h2>Vitamin A</h2>

Vitamin A is a combination of unsaturated nutritional organic compounds that combines retinol, retinal, retinoic acid, and several provitamins A carotenoids. Vitamin A has various functions: it is necessary for maturity and growth, for the preservation of the immune system and good vision.

<h3>Answer 5:</h3><h2>Fructose</h2>

Fructose, or fruit sugar, is a single ketonic monosaccharide observed in many plants, where it is usually bonded to glucose to form the disaccharide sucrose. It is one of the three dietary monosaccharides, accompanying with glucose and galactose, that are ingested directly into blood during digestion.

<h3>Answer 6:</h3><h2>Sucrose</h2>

Sucrose is simple table sugar. It is a disaccharide, a molecule formed of two monosaccharides: glucose and fructose. Sucrose is created naturally in plants, from which table sugar is refined. It has the formula C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁. For human consumption, sucrose is obtained, and processed, from either sugar cane or sugar beet.

<h3>Answer 7:</h3><h2>Fiber </h2>

Fiber is a kind of carbohydrate that the body can't absorb. Though most carbohydrates are separated down into sugar molecules, fiber cannot be split down into sugar molecules, and instead, it moves through the body undigested. Fiber helps control the body's use of sugars, helping to keep hunger and blood sugar in check.

<h3>Answer 8:</h3><h2>Skin</h2>

There are several compounds found only in the skins of fruits and vegetables, such as resveratrol in red grapes, most nutrients located in the skin are also in the flesh. A large red apple with its skin intact comprises about 5 grams of fiber, 13 milligrams of calcium, 239 milligrams of potassium, and 10 milligrams of vitamin C.

Natasha2012 [34]

Answer:

The circulatory system is made up of blood vessels that carry blood away from and towards the heart. Arteries carry blood away from the heart and veins carry blood back to the heart. The circulatory system carries oxygen, nutrients, and hormones to cells, and removes waste products, like carbon dioxide.

Your circulatory system delivers oxygen-rich blood to your bones. Meanwhile, your bones are busy making new blood cells. Working together, these systems maintain internal stability and balance, otherwise known as homeostasis
