First of all, clarify the goal by thinking the outcome in vision. Next is to determine the measurability of your clarified goal to know your scope. Lastly, you need to overlook at the possible errors and difficulties that might come out in order to set things straight. Next is to brainstorm when in a group in order to create combined ideas for a more refined plan. Place that in a list, and then analyze it in order to create the needed actions for the plan. The said actions must be processed into steps for better details. And finally, it must be monitored and evaluated so then it will become effective once set in motion towards the end product - which is the goal.

The initial phase in developing an action plan is to explain the objective by picturing a result, deciding the objective's quantifiability, and by taking a gander at potential challenges that may emerge in seeking after the objective.

Further Explanation:

Making an Effective Action Plan:

Pick a proper objective and obviously characterize your target.

Utilize a group to make your activity plan.

Pick activity steps that are concrete, quantifiable and feasible.

Recognize who is in charge of each activity step and who will bolster them.

The motivation behind an action plan:

An action plan is a record that rundowns what steps must be taken so as to accomplish a particular objective. The motivation behind an activity plan is to explain what assets are required to arrive at the objective, figure a course of events for when explicit assignments should be finished and figure out what assets are required.

Describe what happens when a muscle contracts
madam [21]
During contraction, the filaments slide past he thick filaments, shortening the sarcomere. The thick and thin filaments do the actual work of a muscle, and the way they do this is pretty cool. Thick filaments are made of a protein called myosin. At the molecular level, a thick filament is a shaft of myosin molecules arranged in a cylinder. Thin filaments are made of another protein called actin. The thin filaments look like two strands of pearls twisted around each other.
