First of all, clarify the goal by thinking the outcome in vision. Next is to determine the measurability of your clarified goal to know your scope. Lastly, you need to overlook at the possible errors and difficulties that might come out in order to set things straight. Next is to brainstorm when in a group in order to create combined ideas for a more refined plan. Place that in a list, and then analyze it in order to create the needed actions for the plan. The said actions must be processed into steps for better details. And finally, it must be monitored and evaluated so then it will become effective once set in motion towards the end product - which is the goal.
