Answer: True

Explanation:

The 1st amendment protects and endows a citizen with free spech and freedom of expression, any act against this right is considered illegal. Funding of an artist's work can be cut however, and this act on itself is not considered illegal. An artist for example may produce erotic artwork that a local legislator may find offensive and as such refuse to provide funding or a platform that would allow the artist to express or show his or her work, which some would consider is a form of censorship.

If you eat meatballs that are left out for more than 3 hours can you die from it
MArishka [77]
Yes. Potentially you can die. You would most likely become very ill as the bacteria will build up and when you eat it the bacteria will give you food poisoning symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea).  If it is severe it can cause dehydration. It is dehydration that would cause organ failure and potentially death.

What is the difference between progressive rhythm and alternating rhythm in art? And what are the definitions of them?
PSYCHO15rus [73]
What is repetition, pattern, and rhythm?  How do they relate to each other?

Repetition refers to one object or shape repeated; pattern is a combination of elements or shapes repeated in a recurring and regular arrangement; rhythm--is a combination of elements repeated, but with variations. This scroll includes all three of these elements: repetition, rhythm, and pattern. Repetition is seen throughout the mandala in the repetition of figures. This is most evident in the center and the area immediately surrounding the center of the mandala. Pattern can be found in the areas where there are repeated figures that are different in size but follow a regular, ordered arrangement in their recurrence. Rhythm can be seen in the two outermost layers, especially the second one from the edge, with a black background.  Differing sizes of similar figures are repeated, with variations in their order and grouping
