Answer:

Look below

Step-by-step explanation:

Write Riley’s withdrawals as negative rational numbers and her deposits as positive rational numbers.

Deposits: (Q1)

Answer:  -34.98, -51.02, -51.22

Sum of negative rational numbers:

-137.22

Withdrawal's (Q1)

Answer: +5.23, +10.22, + 7.89

Sum of withdrawal's: 23.34

(Q2)-

W: 5.23, 7.89, 10.22

D: -51.22, -51.02, -34.98

Reason: Negative #'s go from lowest to highest (if you are ordering them from highest to lowest) because -34.98 is closer to 0 then -51.02

(Q2) If you are trying to order including each set of #'s it would be:

From least to greatest -51.22, -51.02, -34.98, 5.23, 7.89, 10.22.

(Q3) First, find her sum of the deposits and withdrawals.

Add these: -51.22, -51.02, -34.98, 5.23, 7.89, 10.22.

The answer to that would be $-113.88

Don't forget the tricky negative there. That means that she WOULD be in debt 113.88 dollars. But....

Her balance at the beginning of the month was $128. So from there all you have to do is subtract 128-113.88 which gets you a total offffff: $14.12 .

Lol I worked rly hard on this. Could you do ya boi a favor and give it a big thx ;P or brainliest even?

It takes you 45 minutes to clean the fish tank and it takes your sister 30 minutes. how long does it take the two of you working together to clean the fish tank

Answer:

My 1 minute work =\frac{1}{45}

My sisters 1 minute work =\frac{1}{30}

My and My sister's 1 minute work =\frac{1}{45}+\frac{1}{30}

                                                        =\frac{5}{90}

                                                        =\frac{1}{18}

\therefore Me and My sister will finish the work in \frac{18}{1} =18 minutes

Burnwood Tech plans to issue some $50 par preferred stock with a 8% dividend. A similar stock is selling on the market for $65.
Vanyuwa [196]

Answer:

6.5%

Step-by-step explanation:

The formular used to calculate the cost of preferred stock is:

= Fixed dividend/Net proceeds

Fixed dividend= $50 × 8/100

= $50×0.08

=$4

Net proceeds= Market price-Flotation costs

= $65-(6/100×$65)

= $65-(0.06×$65)

= $65-3.9

= $61.1

Therefore cost of preferred stock is

= 4/61.1 ×100

= 0.065×100

= 6.5%

Hence the cost of preferred stock is 6.5%
