Neuron is termed as a nerve which electrically excitable cell transmits, processes, and receives informaion through chemical and electrical signals.

The signals which are found between neurons they occur via synapses. By connecting to each other, neurons can form neural circuits. Spinal cord and brain which are found in the central nervous system, they are the primary components for the neurons.

The other components of neurons include, somatic nervous system and autonomic nervous system.

An original neuron consists of an axon and dendrites.
