39 packages.

Because he sets aside 10, he has $15 left.
15 divided by $0.38 = 39.4736, however he cannot but a fraction of a package so you round down to 39.

Lara reads 10 chapters in 4 hours. At this pace, how long will it take her to read 25 chapters? Enter your answer in the box.
Oduvanchick [21]
Lara can read 10 chapters in 4 hours.

At this rate, she can read half that many chapters in half the time.
So she reads 5 chapters in 2 hours.

So Lara reads 10 chapters in 4 hours,
+ 10 chapters in 4 more hours,
+ 5 chapters in 2 more hours.

That's 25 chapters in total, and 10 hours in total, ya? :)

indicate the equation of the given line in standard form. the line that contains the point q(1,-2) and is parallel to rhe line w
iren2701 [21]

Since the lines are parallel they have the same slope 2/3. use point slope form to get,

y+2=2/3(x-1)

y+2=2/3x-2/3

y=2/3x-8/3

3y=2x-8

2x-3y=8

Need help fast, being timed!!
tamaranim1 [39]

Answer:

Mr. Roland’s class was more successful because his class’s lower quartile was the same as Mrs. Cai’s class’s upper quartile.

Step-by-step explanation:

From given scatter plot, we see that upper quartile of Mrs. Cai's class = 4

lower quartile of Mr. Roland’s class = 4

Both are equal so that means.

That means Mr. Roland’s class was more successful because his class’s lower quartile was the same as Mrs. Cai’s class’s upper quartile.

Hence last choice is correct.
