Complex organisms need cells that can perform many different functions. they need to be supported on a cellular level. Without specialized cells you they won't be able to perform different functions.
It probably needs to dig in the ground for worms and grub. So it's an adaptation for finding food.
When driving, we get 90% of the information we need from our eyes. the other 10% of information is obtained through hearing and touch. The driver should focus on driving and keep 100% of his/her attention on driving at all times. Multi-tasking is a not.

The cell wall is a rigid structure that surrounds the cells and allows plants to stay upright. Animal cells are more fluid.
The central vacuole is a large region in the cell that stores nutrients and fluids. Many cells, including animal cells, contain vacuoles, but most are small, and only plant cells contain large central vacuoles.
