DanielleElmas [232]

In Texas, the more than "more than hundred" agencies have substantial independence from the governor, which means that each agency has more latitude and independence than federal agencies in deciding what was meant by the legislature and in applying the law to unforeseen circumstances.

What is Texas Constitution?

In Texas, the governor has little control over more than a hundred agencies. There are about 200 state agencies, most of which operate independently of the governor.

 • Texas constitution provides the legislature with the power to enact any laws deemed deemed appropriate and and essential to carry out its stated duties.
 • There is limited Government system. In a limited government, the constitution is subject to the laws of several inferior and superior authorities and may also be enforceable against them.
 • The Texas constitution is a state constitution, but since it forbids the federal government from playing a role, we can infer that the federal government's authority is constrained.

What restrictions do you think should be placed on studies with animal participants? Explain
Tju [1.3M]

Examples of restrictions placed on studies with animal participation include: setting a cap on the amount of time the animal can “work”, provide realistic temporary home environments, ensuring consistent nourishment in the form of food and water on a time scale, allowance for social interaction with other animals, ensuring the experience is harmless, and following regulations set by the Animal Welfare Act (ACA)/ People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)/ or another animal care and safety organization.

These restriction examples can help to ensure the health, happiness, and safety of participating animals.
