tap half notes as you count 1, 2, 3, 4. do this for four measurements in 4/4 time. how would i do this?

-4/4 time means 4 beats per measure.

*so there are 1 2 3 4 beats per measure*

-half notes are 2 beats long

*so beats 1 &2 can count as one whole half note, beats 3 & 4 can count as another half note*

- So if we are doing half notes only then there are 2 whole half notes per measurement.

in total we would have 8 half notes in 4 measures
