Basically reaching out to the public helping to gain their votes AND actually following through with them because they could turn on them and not want to vote for them
Very much group A. Wilson's Fourteen Points were meant to ensure world peace, and generally avoided punishing the loser of the war.
The south opposed the national roads in the west
