Yes, email would be a good choice of telling an employee that his/her sales have not been good.

As just sending a simple email is easy, fast and efficient and it gets the word to that employee as quick as possible

Gabriele Enterprises has bonds on the market making annual payments, with eleven years to maturity, a par value of $1,000, and s
Angelina_Jolie [31]

Coupon rate on the bonds can be calculated in the following way.

Explanation:

To find the coupon rate of the bond. All we need to do is to set up the bond pricing equation and solve for the coupon payment as follows:

P = $958 = C(PVIFA₆.₄₀%,11) + $1,000(PVIF₆.₄₀%,11)

Solving for the coupon payment, we get:

C = $58.57

The coupon payment is the coupon rate times par value. Using this relationship, we get:

Coupon rate = $58.57/$1,000

Coupon rate = .0586, or 5.86%

Calculator Solution:

Enter                 11              6.40          ±$958                             $1000

                         N               l/Y              PV                  PMT         FV

                                                                                   $58.57

Coupon rate = $58.57/$1,000

Coupon rate = .0586, or 5.86%

denis-greek [22]

Answer:

The correct option is (B)

Explanation:

A strategic equity alliance is made when one organization buys a specific value level of the other organization. When Candy bought 30% of the value in Dreamcatcher Inc., an equity alliance was formed. In this type of alliance, one company buys ownership of another company, but that other company does not pool in the resources and cannot claim ownership. This type of alliance is commonly done to improve the business cycle and slow growth.

Gabriele Enterprises has bonds on the market making annual payments, with nine years to maturity, a par value of $1,000, and sel
Ulleksa [173]

Answer:

5.52%

Explanation:

For computing the coupon rate we first have to determine the PMT by applying the PMT formula

Given that,

Present value = $954

Future value = $1,000

Rate of interest = 6.2%

NPER = 9 years

The formula is shown below:

= PMT(Rate;NPER;-PV;FV;type)

The present value come in negative

So, after solving this, the monthly payment is $55.18

Now the coupon rate is

= $55.18 ÷ $1,000

= 5.52%
