F(x)=(2x+1)(3x-2)
The zero product property says that f(x)=0 when either (2x+1)=0, or (3x-2)=0, or both.
We also know that the zeroes of an equation are the values of x when f(x)=0.
So f(x)=0 when (2x+1)=0 or (3x-2)=0 => x=-1/2 or when x=2/3. which are the roots of f(x).

A. the y-intercepts have nothing to do with the zeroes of f(x).
B. By definition of zero of a function, it is true that the values of x when f(x)=0 are the zeroes of f(x).
C. The zeroes of f(x) are the same as the ones calculated above, so it is true.
D. The x-intercepts of the lines are basically the zeroes of the function f(x), as explained above.  So the statement is true.

Two ramps are being built with the same slope. The first ramp is twice the height of the second ramp. Does the first ramp have t
sesenic [268]
Yes, because slope is the steepness of a line. if the steepness of those two lines are the same, you will have to expand the x-axis (the length of the first ramp).

Len [333]

Answer:

Top question: -7°

Bottom question : 18°

Step-by-step explanation:

Top question:

The base angles of am isosceles triangle are congruent:

x + 46 = 39 because the base angles of an isosceles triangle are congruent

x + 46° = 39°

x = -7°

Bottom question

The missing angle is 3x because the base angles are congruent

To find the value of x, we must add all the angles inside the triangle, and find the value of x that makes it equal to 180°

3x + 3x + 4x = 180°

10x = 180°

x = 18°
