Johari window model was given by the American psychologists named Harry Ingham and Joseph Luft during 1955. It is defined as a method which is being used to attain understanding task and communication is being enhanced between different members of a particular group.
Four quadrants of Johari Window:
1. Open Space.
2. Hidden Area.
3. Blind Spot.
4. Unknown Area.
Open area of Johari Window: It is referred to as an open area because information related to this quadrant of the emotions, behavior, and feelings of an individual is known by the members of a particular group as well as the person itself.
