Explain how Georgia population shifted after world war 2

History
1 answer:
andriy [413]4 years ago

Southern states were critical to the war effort during World War II (1941-45) and none more so than Georgia. Some 320,000 Georgians served in the U.S. Armed Forces during World War II, and countless others found employment in burgeoning wartime industries. Their experiences were pivotal in determining the state's future development, and the war itself marked a watershed in Georgia's history. Because it occurred when important shifts in the state's politics, race relations, and economy were already under way, the war accelerated Georgia's modernization, lifting it out of the Great Depression and ushering it into the mainstream of American life.

Which of the following is most likely the next step in the series?
Alekssandra [29.7K]

Answer:

D. Hexagon

Explanation:

Although we can never truly know the correct answer, we can look back in the series and predict.

First off, we have a triangle (3 sides), then we have a rectangle (4 sides), and finally we have a pentagon (5 sides). The is a clear staple this series is making: it is adding sides to each shape as the series progresses.

Plus, the other answers have 4 and 8 sides, so I knew it wasn’t those.

Which factor does the Supreme Court generally consider especially important
Bond [772]

Whether judicial activism appears to have influenced the case's original ruling

Answer: Option B

Explanation:

Normally the cases that come to Supreme Court are the ones that had been appealed for justice to review case from lower courts. The Supreme Court does not take any case just like that it takes up the case only if there is any breach in the federal law or any issue that is involving state laws.

Before heard by the Supreme Court it asks for details to be submitted with evidence by the trial court. Cases which involves national attention and needs a trial will be taken by the Supreme Court. If the case was influenced by judicial activism it is appeal-able to the Supreme Court. The Supreme court then resolves this case.

Why did European countries want to find a sea route to Asia?
Allushta [10]

Answer:

(C) They wanted to find a cheaper and faster way to trade with Asia

Explanation:

The European countries wanted to find a sea route to Asia for their own profit. This would be to bypass the existing trading routes controlled by foreign powers and gain direct access to the spices and other goods of Asia.

Europeans also desired a direct sea route to Asia, because the land trade routes were expensive and dangerous.

Hope this helped! :^)
