Step-by-step explanation:

(a) So in order to find acceleration you would have to transpose the formula given so that acceleration is the subject of the equation;

F=ma

Because mass is multiplying acceleration to transpose this so that "a" is the subject you would do the opposite of Multiplication on the other side;

F=ma

a/f=m

a=fm

This now has "a" as the subject.

(b) This is the formula we will be working with ( a=fm) because this problem requires "a" to be the subject of the equation.

a=fm

a= -25 units × 5 units

a= -125 units

(c)The same rule applies mass is suppose to be the subject of the equation .

F=ma

m/f=a

m=fa

m = 25 units × 2.5 units

m = 62.5 units

The quadratic function in vertex form of a parabola vertex 1,1 and passes through 4,19
Grace [21]

Answer:

y = 2(x - 1)² + 1

Step-by-step explanation:

The equation of a quadratic function in vertex form is

y = a(x - h)² + k

where (h, k) are the coordinates of the vertex and a is a multiplier

Here (h, k) = (1, 1), thus

y = a(x - 1)² + 1

To find a substitute (4, 19) into the equation

19 = a(4 - 1)² + 1

19 = 9a + 1 ( subtract 1 from both sides )

18 = 9a ( divide both sides by 9 ), thus

a = 2

y = 2(x - 1)² + 1 ← in vertex form

Ne4ueva [31]

Answer:

5^(14)

Step-by-step explanation:

5^3 x 5^11

We know that a^b * a^c = a^(b+c)

5^3 x 5^11 = 5^(3+11) = 5^(14)
