The bulk density of a planet will reflect the relative amounts of the materials the world is made of, regardless of what materials occur at the surface.
There won’t be most likely. Many glaciers are already melting at a fast pace already. They aren’t being formed either just melting. They’re shrinking significantly and will probably be gone soon because of climate change. Even glaciers that have been around for millions of years a melting away. :(
