The total number of hours Vanessa work in a week is:

total work hours = (8 hours / day) * 5 day / week

total work hours = 40 hours per week

The total number of hours she did not work:

<span>total hours did not work = (90 minutes)(1 hour / 60 minutes) + (45 minutes)(1 hour / 60 minutes)  + 2.5 hours</span>

total hours did not work = 4.75 hours

The amount of hours Vanessa work last week can be calculated using the formula:

work hours = total work hours - total hours did not work

work hours = 40 hours – 4.75 hours

<span>work hours = 35.25 hours</span>

(-1,4) and (3,16) in point slope form
Klio2033 [76]

Answer:

The equation of the line is y - 16 = 3(x - 3)

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the equation of this line, we first need to find the slope. To do that, we use the slope equation.

m(slope) = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

m = (16 - 4)/(3 - -1)

m = (16 - 4)/(3 + 1)

m = 12/4

m = 3

Now that we have the slope, we can use it and either point in point-slope form.

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 16 = 3(x - 3)

The equation of a circle whose center is at (1,2) and radius is 5 is (x + 1)² + (y + 2)² = 5 (x - 1)² + (y - 2)² = 25 (x - 1)² -

\bf \textit{equation of a circle}\\\\ &#10;(x- h)^2+(y- k)^2= r^2&#10;\qquad &#10;center~~(\stackrel{1}{ h},\stackrel{2}{ k})\qquad \qquad &#10;radius=\stackrel{5}{ r}&#10;\\\\\\\&#10;(x-1)^2+(y-2)^2=5^2\implies (x-1)^2+(y-2)^2=25

Spencer needs 2 gallons of paint to create a mural.
Serhud [2]

Answer:

I don't exactly know how to answer this, maybe I need more information. But if not, then all he can do is add one gallon of yellow paint and one gallon of blue paint. If that's all the paint he has, that is all he can add. Is there a diagram that's supposed to go with this? If not, hope I answered your quesiton.
