If energy drinks was banned from students and not teachers is that fair

Yes, it is fair. Students aren't the ones who have to stand up for 6 hours, controlling a classroom, teaching a classroom, and dealing with internal school problems. While students, just sit in a classroom. There is no need for an energy drink for students if they don't have an actual legitimate task.
