The Peachtree Road Race (indeed a 10k) is also unique in that it is the largest 10k race in the world, with 60,000 registered participants a year (some of which are not from the US). The race is held annually in Atlanta, Georgia, and has repeatedly served as the US men and women's 10k championship.
