Some common types of cardiovascular diseases and its cause are: <span>a. Coronary Heart Disease – this is the most common form of heart disease. It happens when arteries supplying blood to the heart narrow or harden from the build-up of plaque (fat and cholesterol). People who experience this condition will often feel chest pains, shortness of breath, and discomfort on the arms, shoulders, neck, and jaw. </span>
