I'm really worried... I had this weird black scab/dirt like think on my head earlier and I tore it off. Now I got a hard bump on
my head a few hours later in the spot where it had been. Its been around 11 minutes since I noticed it and now it seems a bit bigger. Can someone PLEASE help?!?
