Assuming that you meant m<3, m<2 = 77.

m<2 = x

32 + 71 + x = 180
Because the interior angles of a triangle equal 180, simply add 32, 71, and x, and set it equal to 180. Then, solve for x.
103 + x = 180

x = 77

Hope this helps!! :)

Solve for x in the following trapezoid. Assume QP is a mid segment.
labwork [276]

X = 2

Using the trapezoid mid segment theorem, knowing that the mid segment is parallel to the bases and half as long as the sum of the lengths of the bases, we add the lengths of the two bases and set it equal to two times the length of the mid segment.

7x+3+ 15= 16(2)

7x+18= 32

Subtract 18 from both sides.

7x = 14

Divide both sides by 7.

X = 2.

You can check your work by solving for the length of the base 7x + 3.

7(2)+3 =17

Then, add the length of the two bases together.

15 + 17 = 32. Half of 32 equals sixteen, which is your mid segment.

(correct me if i’m wrong, i got the theorem off of the internet and did the rest of the work myself.)

What is 179.3 divided by 61.5 please show work
wariber [46]
(179.3)/(61.5) *10  time both sides by 10 to get rid of the decimal
1793/615
615*2= 1230  615 goes two times into 1793 before exceeding
1793-1230=563   remainder which is less than 615 hence will give a decimal when divided by 615
563/615= 0.9
2+0.9 = 2.9 is the answer
for a longer decimal you can easily use a calculator

OleMash [197]
The digit in the hundreths place must be 2. if it were 1, then it would be a smaller number than 7.923. if it were 3 or anything larger, than it would be a larger number than 7.929
