Depressants often cause ____, making changes in brightness painful and temporary blinding
Lisa [10]

The correct answer for above statement is:

Dilation in the eyes

Explanation:

Many depressants will decrease little muscle control, causing it difficult for the eye to examine, focus, and stay still. Passive pupil contraction and dilation will make differences in brightness painful and tentatively blinding. So it is very dangerous for the eyes and can even cause blindness.
