Learned optimism is an hability that can be developed just as any other talent, and it is done by challenging negative outputs and consciously finding alternate pathways to goals.

If an unlucky situation happened, then it wont be taken personal, seen as a set back , which is not permanent and there are many goals, that are there to pursuit.
