Sickle cell anemia is a genetic condition that distorts the shape of the hemoglobin. This reduces the capacity of the red blood cells to carry oxygen. Another effect is that the distorted red blood cells come together forming a heavy and compact collection of cells that can block the flow of blood. The sedimentation rate is increased by sickle cell anemia.

All of the following below are possible sources of error in a scientific investigation except for a.using the wrong equipment du
Umnica [9.8K]
The answer is C Completing multiple trials during an experiment The rest of the options are possibilities of how you can "mess up" and experiment, but if you run multiple trials doing everything right, for example, making sure all variables are controlled, using the right equipment, and making sure you cover all possible variables. If you make sure you do multiple trials and you do them right, you get successful results. So the answer is C I hope this was helpful :) Goodluck!!

How do lethal genes cause death in unborn babies and later after birth?
Mamont248 [21]

Answer:

Recessive lethal genes can code for either dominant or recessive traits, but they do not actually cause death unless an organism carries two copies of the lethal allele. Examples of human diseases caused by recessive lethal alleles include cystic fibrosis, sickle-cell anaemia, and achondroplasia.

Hope this helps!
