I believe that you’re asking for a physical balance in the body. To maintain a physical balance in the body you much maintain a healthy diet. Drinking water, as obvious as that may be, is vital to keeping your body hydrated and your cell reproduction on track. Also not having your body rely on medications too much will help to not make your body dependent on that. Excessive dosage of medications such as antihistamine will make your body depend on that and when other invading pathogens enter the body, your body will not be able to defend itself efficiently. There are various things you can do to keep your body healthy. Hope this helps.

Which correctly describes crossing over?
ollegr [7]

The correct option is A ie the process whereby non-sister chromatids exchange genetic material

  • Between prophase I and metaphase I, a process known as crossing over occurs in which two homologous non-sister chromatids join up and exchange various pieces of genetic material to create two recombinant chromosome sister chromatids.
  • When genetic material is switched between two chromosomes, this process is known as crossing over.
  • It is in charge of causing genetic variation among members of a species.
  • Only the reproductive cells known as gametes undergo this process.
  • The steps involved in crossing over are as follows:

1) Synapsis.

2) Chromosome duplication

3) Crossing over.

4) Terminalizataion.
