To solve equations with variables on both sides, you must make the alike variables on one side, and the numbers on the other side. You do this by adding, subtracting multiplying, and dividing. Here are the steps to solve your problem:

x - 2 = -3x + 2   -- Add 2 to both sides

x = -3x + 4        -- Add 3x to both sides

4x = 4               -- Divide by 4

x = 1

Your answer is x = 1

Hope this answer has answered your question! Thanks for posting! :)

Well you would add 3x to x so then you'd have 4x-2=2 then add two so then you'd get 4x=4 then divide by 4 so x=1

What is the slope-intercept form for (1,6) and (2,5)

\bf (\stackrel{x_1}{1}~,~\stackrel{y_1}{6})\qquad (\stackrel{x_2}{2}~,~\stackrel{y_2}{5}) \\\\\\ slope = m\implies \cfrac{\stackrel{rise}{ y_2- y_1}}{\stackrel{run}{ x_2- x_1}}\implies \cfrac{5-6}{2-1}\implies \cfrac{-1}{1}\implies -1 \\\\\\ \begin{array}{|c|ll} \cline{1-1} \textit{point-slope form}\\ \cline{1-1} \\ y-y_1=m(x-x_1) \\\\ \cline{1-1} \end{array}\implies y-6=-1(x-1) \\\\\\ y-6=-x+1\implies y=-x+7

The berry-picking boxes at Bingo Berry Farm have square bottoms that are 8 centimeters on each side. Santiago fills his box with
Pie
You can solve this by doing 8×8×6 which gives you 384. Since we are finding the volume, you would do length times with times height. Hope this helps :-)

Find the measure of each angle (in degrees) of
d1i1m1o1n [39]

Answer:

∠A = 88°

∠B = 92°

∠C = 88°

∠D = 92°

Step-by-step explanation:

∠A + ∠B = 180°

(2x + 4) + (3x - 34) = 180

reduce:

5x - 30 = 180

5x = 210

x = 42

∠A = 2(42) + 4 = 88°

∠B = 3(42) -34 = 92°

∠C = ∠A = 88°

∠D = ∠B = 92°
