First, determine y-intercept and x-intercept of the line

y = 2x - 3
y = 2(0) - 3
y = 0 - 3
y = -3
# x-intercept (when y = 0)
y = 2x - 3
0 = 2x - 3
2x - 3 = 0
2x = 3
x = 3/2
x = 1.5
Second, put y-intercept and x-intercept on cartesian plane, then connect the intercepts
