I infact think it should be reported but many are not reported for safety cause think about it if you were getting beat up but your boyfriend and he threatend you saying he would kill you so you will feel scared and alone and feel when he get out of jail he can track me or one of his homies whom ever you can get will try to kill you and have obviously is homies back, not yours.
