Answer:

One of the structural barrier that a cell might have to overcome in order to go through mitosis is described below.

Explanation:

Structural barriers can be described as any of the structural changes in the structures of the body which do not allow it to perform its normal function.

The chromosomes of a cell have to arrange in a certain manner for the process of cell division to occur. Sometimes, the chromosomes might become so damaged that the normal DNA repair factory is unable to repair the chromosomes. The damage in the chromosomes might arise due to a number of reasons such as exposing to UV light or any kind of toxic chemical. To overcome this obstacle, certain extrinsic factors can be utilized to fix the damaged chromosomes. This is an example of the structural barriers which might be overcome by a cell for mitosis.

When their mother and father reproduced and had children, the gene for freckles was passed to the girls through their mother's eggs. . They might not have received the gene for freckles. Why did artificial selection interest darwin?
Vedmedyk [2.9K]
<span>To prove his Theory of Evolution. After studying the different species of finches he found the Galapagos Islands, Darwin focused on breeding pigeons by selecting specific traits of different individuals (this is mainly a method through which different kinds of dog breeds came about). On the basis of these studies Darwin concluded that natural selection and artificial selection acted roughly in the same way. Darwin's decision to enforce a certain trait represented, in a sense, the selective pressure which is present in a natural environment (the law of the fittest).<span>
