u and your family had a great summer. We spent last week at the beach and had so much fun on the sand and in the water exploring the coast we weren't prepared for the rains that came at the end of the vacation. The best parts of the trip was the opportunities to sightsee and relax. My kids are back in school to. I find their are less things to worry about now that the kids are at school all day. There is plenty of fun things to do in the summer, but by August, I've running out of ideas. I've excepted the fact that we'll have to think up brand-new activities next summer; hoping to round up some creative ideas soon.

Why was Martin Luther King, Jr. in jail when "A Call for Unity" was published?
Lostsunrise [7]

He participated in a public protest. The first one never happened and the last option is far-fetched as Martin wasn't a criminal, he simply stated opinions. he was taken into custody with many other marchers during the protest.

Answer:

You probably dont need  this anymore but dis is more the people that doo

Explanation:

Steinbeck uses the word choice to help add details to his tone of the article. He feels that migrant workers are often overlooked for the work that they do. By adding word choices such as in the text it said ¨Thus, in California we find a curious attitude toward a group that makes our agriculture successful. The migrants are needed, and they are hated¨ and ¨Thousands of them are crossing the borders in ancient rattling automobiles, destitute and hungry and homeless, ready to accept any pay so that they may eat and feed their children¨, Steinbeck is able to convince the reader to feel a certain way about these migrant workers and add to his original point.
