Answer:

A=167.74

B 96.15%

C 95.43%

D 1.02 days

Explanation:

A)No of days in the year = 365

Total no of services days = 26106 + 35120 = 61226

Average daily census = 61226/365=167.74

B) Bed occupancy rate for January - June 3.

= Total number of inpatient days * 100/ Available beds * number of day

=26106*100/150*181=96.15%

C)Bed occupancy rate for July - December=

Total number of inpatient days * 100/ Available beds * number of day

35120*100/200*184 = 95.43%

D)

ALOS (Average length of days)=Total inpatient days /Total Discharges

61226 + 9601/59788 + 9588= 1.02days

(Advanced analysis) The demand for commodity X is represented by the equation P = 10 - 0.2Q and supply by the equation P = 2 + 0
ioda

Answer:

Q = 10

Explanation:

Assuming that supply remains the same, the new supply and demand equations are, respectively:

P_S = 2 + 0.2Q\\P_D = 7 - 0.3Q

The equilibrium quantity occurs at the point for which the prices in the supply and demand equations are the same:

2 + 0.2Q = 7 - 0.3Q\\0.5Q=5\\Q=10

The new equilibrium quantity is Q = 10.

LO 4.5Why are the overhead costs first accumulated in the manufacturing overhead account instead of in the work in process inven
vivado [14]

Answer Explanation:

For the manufacturing overhead occurs during the manufacturing process but unlike wages, the actual values are unknow thus, we cannot anticipate in a guarantee amount. Hence, the cost accounting works as follows:

It will stablish a predetermined overhead rate which will be charged against WIP based on another factor which can be measure (like working hours, machine hours, among others)

Then, during the period as the actual cost occurs they will be charged into manufacturing overhead account.

At the end of the period, we will be able to determinate the actual cost and adjust COGS, WIP and FINISHED GOOD if needed to represent the actual cost of the inventory produced.

At the beginning of the year, Rangle Company expected to incur $54,000 of overhead costs in producing 6,000 units of product. Th
Flauer [41]

Answer:

Total cost of the units made in January = $35,400

Explanation:

Direct material cost in January = Direct material cost per unit * Units produced in January = $20 * 600 = $12,000

Direct labor cost in January = Direct labor cost per unit * Units produced in January = $30 * 600 = $18,000

Overhead costs in January = (Units produced in January / Expected units for the year) * Expected overhead costs for the year = (600 / 6,000) * $54,000 = $5,400

Therefore, we have:

Total cost of the units made in January = Direct material cost in January + Direct labor cost in January + Overhead costs in January = $12,000 + $18,000 + $5,400 = $35,400

ratelena [41]
the answer ia decrease in the price of green tea
A demnad curve will shift to the right if the product is experiencing an increase in demand.
research that show a positive result of consuming the product, and the reduction of complement product would increase the overall demand of that product.

Reduction in the product's price usually followed by the reduction in supply and does not guarantee the demand curve to move to the right.
