The previous answer that the person gave you is incorrect as 4.50 and 4.75 are not between 4.1 and 4.2....they are greater.

3 numbers between 4.1 and 4.2 are:
4.12, 4.14, and 4.19

All of these #'s are not less then 4.1 and also not greater then 4.2...they are between the 2 numbers
