Answer: Typically, Justin will need a license since he is acting for another in selling property as this is clearly the law.

Justin cannot take any money for selling the home since this would be compensation and he would need a license to do this.

Since he doesn't have a license, taking any compensation will be deemed illegal as he needs a license to do it.

What are some benefits AND potential problems with using the dynasty system as a form of government?
maxonik [38]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached, we can say the following.

Some benefits and potential problems with using the dynasty system as a form of government are the following.

A benefit of the Dynasty system as a form of government is that it helps to create the continuity needed for rulers to really establish the foundation of a long term government that could benefit the citizens through the pass of time. If the government results in having good rulers, the benefits for all last many years.

On the other hand, the potential problem is that a bad ruler in a dynasty can turn into a dictator that oppresses the citizens and charge them taxations and commit injustices. If its foreign policy is expansionist, war and conquest would be the constant of the dynasty, generating pain, suffering to the empire, and deep debt due to the war.

Both examples can be seen in the dynasties of Ancient Egypt and Ancient China.

alexandr402 [8]

Answer:

This statement is not true. It is a false statement because both these sub parts are not small or are not for kids. Both these are adults and are of legal age so they are not applied to juveniles.

Sub part C and D are found guilty of the crime that they have committed and are put behind the bars. They are imprisoned and not applied to juveniles for the modification in their behavior and to change them.
