Enzymes will make chemical reactions go faster.

Enzymes are a type of catalyst that will cause the activation energy of a chemical reaction to go lower.

Activation energy is the key substance that is needed to get a reaction going. By lowering the amount of energy needed to start a reaction, the reaction can go more quickly.

Why is carrying capacity important in maintaining a balance ecosystem?
Andrews [41]

Answer:

Carrying capacity is the maximum amount of organisms that an ecosystem can support. So to ensure that an ecosystem stays balanced the population needs to be under the carrying capacity. If it is not, then organisms will begin to die until the ecosystem is balanced again. The carrying capacity is related to limiting factors as such food, space, water, and sunlight. There are limited amounts of all of these, and they can only support so many plants and animals.

vredina [299]
The big bang theory tells us that God wasnt the one that created the world, but instead that a big boom that made all the stars and planets in place just in one boom! But this is a theory that mainly scientists like to agree on, but still in my opinion, i dont understand how this is true and real, but hey, its a theory, and thats how it all started with a "BANG".

You are conducting an experiment to determine if increased ultraviolet radiation from the decrease in
lilavasa [31]
A.
The independent variable (experimental variable) is the exposure to UV lights of the tadpoles because it is being varied. The dependent variable is the survival of the tadpoles, because it is the one being affected by the independent variable.

B.
The information from the experiment does not support the hypothesis because an equal number of tadpoles remain, while the hypothesis predicted that less would remain in the tank exposed to UV light.

C.
Other factors such as temperature of the water may be affecting the frog populations.

D.
The control group was the tank covered with glass and the experimental group was the tank covered with acrylic plexiglass

E.
The difference was that one group was exposed to the UV light, while the other group was not. No, they should not be different in any other way, because that may lead to inconclusive experimental results.
